My goal is to work together, finding ways to help you improve your life & relationships, feel less anxious/depressed/provide clarity.
Just like our thinking patterns, muscle memory & body patterns are important to address in treatment. You don't have to relearn to ride a bike after every winter. This same principle applies to stress/trauma/anxiety/anger responses in the body & is important to address on your journey toward healing. Sensorimotor Processing helps facilitates this process.

Whether anxious, depressed, or seeking career satisfaction, my clients want to expand their inner peacefulness, resolve old conflicts, and move forward into a more successful life.
Teaching and guiding a person toward wholeness is critical. I bring patience, understanding, and gentle support to the practice. I use my training in psychology and spirituality as required or if chosen. I help my clients to find triggers that lead to potentially destructive behaviors and replace them with satisfying, growth producing, and appropriate behaviors

While I know you are the ultimate authority on your own life and experiences, I do approach this journey from the lens of asset development and growth mindset.

I empower women in 3 capacities: In my 1:1 Practice (both in person and online), Group coaching, and "intensives".
I guide professional women who feel like they have gotten lost in obligations and anxiety somewhere along the way; shift from perfectionism and "shoulds" to being the CEO of their mental, spiritual, and physical health (without needing years of therapy). My clients tell me they want balance and freedom in their full lives - and they truly want to transform from overthinking and over-functioning to really enjoying their lives. They simply want to take better care of themselves, and either their mind or body is getting louder - in physical pain, anxiety, restlessness, stress response, emotional eating (to name a few).

I am also available for Life Coaching.
I value connection and joining with clients to understand their stories and to truly allow people to be known and seen in their vulnerabilities, and often feel honored to walk alongside clients in this journey of healing. I enjoy working with clients that are on a spiritually awakened path and are open to energy work and healings. I pair my clinical skills with my intuitive abilities to assist clients in moving beyond "talk therapy." If you are interested in healing in a deeper soul and energetic level paired with evidence based clinical modalities, we may be aligned in working together.

Life Coaching Therapists

What can I expect from life coaching?

Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?

Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?

Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?

Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
