Whether it is
, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse/recovery, or another emotional issue, I will take that journey with you, and offer the empathy and expertise you need.
Often, it can feel like life seems fine. You spend time with family, go to school or work, socialize, and it all looks “like it should.” But sometimes, under the surface, a voice is telling you that you don’t feel alright. It changes how you think, feel and act, until you find it harder and harder to recognize yourself. I am here to help you understand more about that voice: where it comes from, why it’s there, and what it means. We will give you the best chance to succeed by focusing on the best of you, and include your thoughts on treatment as we progress. We will focus on what works for you as confronting what challenges you.
