When faced with difficult challenges our emotional, physical, and mental health is impacted. The impacts of life transitions, past traumas, and stress can show up in our lives as anger, depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and relationship issues. Therapy can be helpful to individuals by allowing space to learn to identify emotions as well as learn tools to manage symptoms.
