About
I am a somatic complex trauma healing/EMDR specialist. I also specialize in care for pastors, counselors, veterans, community leaders, and executives. The Past haunts you? Feeling pain and shame in your body and soul? Hard to believe you are good enough no matter how hard you have tried? Burned out in serving others? An expert pretender of happiness and success? Navigating life changes? Grief and loss? Stressed, sleepless, anxious, sad, angry, exhausted, overwhelmed? Talk therapy, medications, religious legalism, food, drugs, alcohol, sex, self-harming, or even working and trying hard have failed you?
What if it is POSSIBLE to find YOUR SUPERPOWER in the pain and suffering…to be able to take deeper breaths and feel more hopeful and at ease with a clearer sense of direction and purpose in your life, to be able to feel happy and enjoy life and people you care about, to have compassion towards yourself and be able to laugh and cry when you want to, and be ok
You are not alone. You deserve a compassionate, skilled guide and companion who has done her own work and really "gets" the trauma healing. My approach is collaborative, somatic, holistic, personalized, transformational. As an experienced yoga teacher/yoga therapist, ear acupuncturist, I am also able to work effectively with your brain and nervous systems.
