About
There are times in life when it feels like you cannot take another minute of toxic stress or anxiety….whether it is about how you are coping with personal challenges or about your children or relationships. Perhaps there are events in your past that keep you from moving forward with your life. I invite you to a calm and welcoming space to help you find a way to resolve these issues. I am an empathetic listener who strives to help others rediscover strengths to heal their hearts so they can achieve their goals.
I have over 12 years of experience as a family therapist and I have worked extensively with individuals, parents and children to build healthy relationships. I use creative modalities such as art, narrative, music, play therapy, and mindfulness approaches to support physical and emotional well-being. I am centered on helping you feel whole and strong.
My job is to get to know you and build the trust between us to help resolve thoughts, feelings or behaviors that are keeping you or a family member from feeling whole and well.
