I am a neurodiverse-affirming, LGBTQIA affirmative, and culturally aware therapist who offers authenticity and a space where you will be seen, heard, and respected as an authority and expert on your life and your strengths and challenges. In therapy, I will help you learn to understand and embrace your identity, find compassion for yourself, develop coping strategies for living in a stressful world, and help you find your unique balance.
