I would love to join you in your process of healing, exploration & growth as the managing associate and attending provider of HutcHison & Associates’ office in Fenton, Michigan. My office is located on the 2nd floor of the Center for Well-Being in the heart of Downtown Fenton.

We specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulty navigating through their current or past life circumstances. We are highly committed to working with individuals or couples that are experiencing situational stress and difficulty, as well as individuals who have more serious mental health challenges. We are dedicated to providing an ideal environment and relationship to help our clients grow, flourish and thrive. So that they can best cope with life's challenges and find increased fulfillment in their lives.

EMDR is a treatment modality proven to successfully treat people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or a multitude of other experiences: domestic violence, sexual assault, violent crime. My practice focus is the treatment of children and adults seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. My life's passion is providing emotional support and relief to those who have become stuck in their past experiences so they can live a more fulfilled present and future.

I am a Brainspotting Therapist! Being a Brainspotter has changed the way I practice. I work with individuals, couples (private pay) and families who feel stuck. I excel at helping people reach their personal and professional goals. I am an IFS therapist which means I have trained in a model of therapy that helps people become more connected with their feelings (parts). I am also highly trained in Brainspotting (BSP) which dovetails nicely with what I love to do! I help people get unstuck from unhelpful patterns (no matter the cause: abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, low self esteem, disconnection, loneliness).

I come from the perspective that we all go through high and low points in life. I offer a safe place where we can work together on identifying your needs and goals.

Our main office is conveniently located at the northwest corner of Orchard Lake Rd and 11 Mile in Farmington Hills, with satellite offices in South Lyon, Fenton, Plymouth & Ypsilanti. Being a fully licensed psychologist and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT/S), I also offer supervision and training for clinicians. My associates add even wider range of clinical experience to the practice, including attachment issues, behavior problems, mood disorders, testing/assessments, and concerns of the LBGTQ community. We offer HIPPA compliant TeleHealth therapy services, as well as in-person sessions.

I work well with clients that are in difficult transition periods (such as a new job, going to college, getting divorced, relationship/family issues) or clients that are dealing with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I work with patients preparing for bariatric surgery and those who have had bariatric surgery. I have experience working with binge eating disorder. I offer clients a judgement free and safe space to work on their most sensitive and daunting issues. Clients typically describe me as understanding, compassionate, and committed.

I want to assist others find their self and sense of direction for their life, regardless of the circumstances or situations they are currently enduring. There is hope and life even in the dark times.

I am working contractually with Recco Richardson Consulting. I work with children, adolescents and adults. I help people who have anxiety, difficulty adjusting, depression, panic, mood disorders and PTSD. I can help with substance abuse issues, communication problems, time management, stress, anger, problem solving, employment and relationship issues.
