About
Many believe that events, conditions, people and situations cause distress. However, as simple as it may sound, it is our own thoughts, beliefs and perceived meanings of these things that cause distress. I teach individuals how to recognize unhelpful thoughts, behaviors and triggers that maintain undesirable feelings. With added emphasis on problem-solving, acceptance and mindfulness, I assist you in gaining the tools you need to become your own therapist. You've taken at least 2 steps already 1) making the decision to obtain professional support and 2) researching professionals. Why not take the next step and make the call?
I offer services that are free from managed care red tape in a secure, online setting. Your information is completely confidential. You and I are able to develop your treatment plans according to your unique needs and resources. You can engage in sessions from home or anywhere you have privacy and an internet connection.
Feel free to contact me for a free online consultation. You have nothing to lose.
