As women, we fill many roles—mother, wife, daughter, friend, educator, professional, business owner, community builder, etc. We pour into everyone else, often leaving ourselves last on the list. I see you, and I understand that weight. If you’ve been feeling anxious, stretched thin, or unsure where “you” fit in the mix of everything you do for others, you’re not alone. Maybe you struggle to say “no,” or feel guilty when you try to rest or set a boundary. Maybe you’ve been strong for everyone for so long, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to just be.

Ideally, for my telehealth practice, I would like to limit it to clients struggling with addiction and compulsive disorders, military life conflicts and trauma, and things such as near-death experiences, paranormal/synchronistic encounters, and other things that might be disturbing on some level, but are often not discussed in therapy because of fear of being ridiculed, pathologized, and the experience being dismissed. All of the above can generate levels of depression, anxiety, self-doubt, self-loathing, and self-sabotaging behaviors affecting relationships, and quality of life - and so are essential things to explore.

You’ve been running on empty for a while now. Even when you give it your all, life feels like an uphill battle. You have dreams and ambitions, but every step forward feels overwhelming, like you are stuck in a cycle that’s hard to break. You’re looking for a way to move forward with more clarity and purpose. I support teens and adults facing ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, with a deep commitment to helping those who identify as LGBTQ+, kink, neurodivergent, or are in non-monogamous relationships, and who may not fit into traditional gender roles.

Through my years working as a therapist, I have developed comfort and knowledge when working with people who have experienced trauma and are neurodivergent. I have experience working in the sexual health field and have worked with many women who experience vaginismus and are preorgasmic, among other diagnoses. Some populations I have experience with include trans folks, sex workers, gender non-conforming folks, people involved in the kink community, and polyam couples or individuals in poly relationships.
