I love working with youth who have been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or significant behavioral difficulties. I enjoy angry kids, or kids that feel misunderstood. My approach is non-traditional, and it works well with kids who have had bad experiences in therapy, or hate the concept of therapy in general. I also tend to have good success with folks who struggle with anxiety, depression, autism, and low self-esteem.

I am a trained Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist (TF CBT) that specialized in trauma, PTSD, early childhood trauma. I also work with ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) anger issues, depression, self harm and suicidal, mental health issues. I also help those that have anxiety, body issues, self esteem. I love working with families, supporting them, with collaboration, helping the family have a positive and improved relationship with each other.
