I have a passion to help people work through issues and concerns so they can live a healthy and well balanced life . I have a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Counseling Education and a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been in private practice for over three years and work with clients to address all personal, social, and emotional needs. I also have experience in supporting parents, career changes and other life transitions. I worked for over 10 years as a school counselor as well.

Life can present with a lot of challenges. Trying to conceive, pregnancy, loss, labor, delivery, postpartum, parenting, relationship issues, just navigating life , etc. can be difficult. And isolating. It's okay to admit things aren't okay. It's not all rainbows and butterflies AND there are beautiful moments. We can hold space for all of the thoughts and emotions we think and feel, while also learning new coping skills, challenging and reframing (unhealthy) thought patterns, creating/maintaining boundaries and increasing self-compassion.
