I have a passion for helping others live a better life and guide them through their journey of self-exploration and change. My counseling techniques include person-centered, psychodynamic, existential therapy, humanistic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My background includes working with adults and adolescents in individual and/or couple’s setting. I enjoy working with a variety of needs and life experiences, especially those struggling with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and women’s issues.
