I currently work with children, teens, and
adults
in individual, couple, and family therapy to address symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/ADD, OCD, sleep issues, anger control/frustration tolerance, self-harm, elimination disorders, grief, relationship issues, and disruptive, impulse control and conduct disorders via CBT, DBT, and ACT.
I believe in a client-centered approach to meet you where you are in your journey. I seek to identify what motivates you and what you’d like to achieve to help you reach your desired goals. Together we will uncover your strengths, find your inner voice, and discover your unique characteristics and values to determine your path forward. You will be empowered to find who and what is important to you and address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that serve as a barrier to being present in your day to day life. Through insight and willingness to activate behavioral change you will see what is within your control with clarity.
