I offer individual and family counseling sessions, allowing clients the space and time to process through the difficult situations life brings using equine-assisted psychotherapy. Connection with the horses allows for building regulation and relationship skills that may have been impacted by trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use equine-assisted psychotherapy as a ground-based, experiential method of counseling that allows you to gain the tools and empowerment necessary to find your own answers.

I am in-network with BCBS and BCN.
My practice is currently full. Please email me if you are interested in being on my waitlist. I love working with people who are seeking growth and self-understanding. Therapy is hard work. It pushes us to see things in new ways and to explore feelings and behavior patterns. And, hopefully, it leads to feeling healthier and more connected to ourselves, our needs, and in our relationships. I approach therapy from a holistic and integrative perspective--I believe well-being is influenced and impacted by many factors including physical health, genetics, personality, and life experiences.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You’re exhausted from feeling stuck or living in survival mode, and you’re ready to find more balance. As a people pleaser, setting boundaries feels uncomfortable, bringing up feelings of guilt. As a parent, "mom guilt" might be wearing you down, and you're longing to reclaim your sense of self. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and validated. Together, we can create a safe space where you can explore your emotions, strengthen your coping skills, and gain the confidence to live the life you want and deserve. This space is affirming of the neurodivergent, ADHD, and chronic illness communities.

You're here, which means some part of you is ready for things to feel different. That's enough to start. Here's what I believe: you're capable of more than you're currently experiencing. You have the capacity to make decisions with confidence, set boundaries that stick, and live your life on your own terms. My job isn't to tell you what to do or keep you in therapy indefinitely. It's to be steady and reliable while you reclaim the autonomy that anxiety, depression, codependency, or stress has been quietly stealing from you. Whatever brought you here, we'll work together to rebuild your sense of agency.

You may feel trapped by past pain or uncertainty, but everything you need to rise, heal, and thrive is already within you, waiting to be awakened! I especially love working with children and adolescents, as I have found this stage of life to be profoundly informative - full of challenges, growth, and opportunities that can shape how a person understands themselves and their place in the world. I use TF-CBT as my main approach and also integrate brainspotting techniques, which allow the brain and body to process experiences in new ways.

I specialize in grief and Prolonged Grief Disorder, various forms of trauma, and mood disorders. I work primarily with adults ages 18+. Together we can create the tools you need to navigate your life with increased ease and less distress.

Do you find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, feeling emotionally exhausted, or struggling to enjoy life? Perhaps anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes have left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I offer a supportive and transformative space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many people spend significant energy reacting to their emotions and feel controlled by them day to day. While emotions are important, they do not have to run your life. In therapy, we work together to build awareness, balance, and skills that support lasting well-being.

I believe that all humans are innately driven to seek balance and congruence, and that when this drive is disrupted, whether it be due to emotional difficulties, relational stressors, or other life changes, we begin to suffer. It is my privilege to accompany my clients in their process of establishing balance and integration, ultimately achieving a sense of wholeness and security. I recognize that sometimes talk therapy isn't enough so I use a variety of additional therapies, including EMDR, which facilitate change by reprocessing emotionally-charged memories or experiences that often show up as physical sensations in the body.
