I aim to provide an emphatically supportive atmosphere, where you can confidently feel at ease and begin to look at the situation from a fresh, new perspective. My intentions are to bring my full knowledge, care, and compassion to my work as we work collaboratively to build a strong relationship, ensure your strengths are realized, stressors are managed, goals are achieved, and methods of facing future adversities are learned. I utilize a holistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy where I use evidence-based models in my mental health services.
