My main areas of focus are persistent pain conditions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss and chronic illness . Having found that a variety of modalities are more effective than one specific approach, I engage a complement of therapeutic techniques including; mind/body, evidence-based options such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), pain reprocessing therapy (PRT) along with a blend of integrative, psychodynamic and person-centered therapies. I am dedicated to providing non-judgmental, compassionate support in a truly collaborative environment.

I specialize in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy with individuals and group instruction in mindfulness training. I have been a practitioner of meditation for over 20 years, an instructor for eleven years.
