I use a multidisciplinary approach tailored to the clients needs: techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, feminist therapy, person-centered therapy,
-based embodiment (MBE), psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, and emotion-centered therapy.
Making time for self care can be difficult, and when we do, we often struggle to create space for that self care to flourish. My goal is to provide holistic therapy that starts with creating a therapeutic space that will continue to grow and evolve as your needs change. I have experience working with anxiety, body-image issues, survivors of trauma, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, Women's issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and attachment issues, and I'm eager to walk with you on your journey.
