Most of my clients bring individual and marital issues. They seek on-going inner peace, the lowering of distress factors, happiness in their relationships, and/or a vision and hope. Some seek to integrate both personal development and spiritual development. Most seek to find happiness, success, and personal satisfaction. Whether anxious, depressed, or seeking career satisfaction, my clients want to expand their inner peacefulness, resolve old conflicts, and move forward into a more successful life. When a person seeks to resolve conflict with self, life-partners, spouse, friends etc., I welcome them and invite them to journey with me in therapy.
Teaching and guiding a person toward wholeness is critical. I bring patience, understanding, and gentle support to the practice. I use my training in psychology and spirituality as required or if chosen. I help my clients to find triggers that lead to potentially destructive behaviors and replace them with satisfying, growth producing, and appropriate behaviors
My training is truly multi-faceted in psychology and theology bringing a unique blend of Psycho-Spiritual therapy.I am trained in the Myers-Briggs, serve as a Clinical Fellow with AAMFT and hold a LLP in the State of Michigan. I seek to assist clients to transform their lives.
