These afflictions can leave the individual emotionally conflicted, terribly confused and questioning what is of ultimate concern. In addition to the individual needing relief from and insight into such dreadful suffering, one may also aspire for greater Self understanding and realization, beyond the constraints of the personal past. Ultimately, it is my belief that problems in living arise from the human dilemma of how to exist meaningfully in such an uncertain world. Through the process of psychotherapy, individuals can begin to feel better about their lives, while also striving to fulfill the core aims of personal existence: freedom, creativity, love, work and play.
Because of this therapeutic orientation, I am committed to helping clients work through difficulties so that that they can begin to open themselves up to what life truly has to offer, eventually achieving a greater appreciation of themselves, others and the broader mysteries confronting them.
