I specialize in adults with anxiety, depression and trauma. My experience is in psychodynamic psychotherapy and I incorporate CBT and mindfulness practices. My training in neuroscience and development enables me to understand a client's mental world and chart a course for better living. I can also assist with integration from psychedelic experiences.
