As a clinician, it is important for me to meet a client where they are by utilizing their strengths, and helping them reach their full potential. My goal is to foster a safe space that is free to open expression, exploration, and healing. We will work together to decrease the distress caused by negative emotions, such as anxiety and depression, and move toward growth and change.
