Sometimes the only way out is through. I help overwhelmed children, teens, adults, and parents overcome daily life struggles. I offer in-person and telehealth options to treat anxiety, OCD, depression, and inattention for clients of all ages. College students and out-of-state travelers may continue telehealth while they are staying in eligible states. I also offer more flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of business professionals, healthcare providers, school faculty and students.
Together, we will develop a customized treatment plan to achieve your personal goals. We will maximize your strengths and rehabilitate any weaknesses that may be interfering with daily functioning. This may involve improving time management and organization. We will build your confidence in managing stress and identify ways to improve relationships.
Whether your treatment occurs in-person or via telehealth, I will provide a supportive environment that encourages hope and strength.
