Currently a waitlist for new clients - If you're struggling with complex trauma, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, unexpected loss, I'm an EMDR and IFS trained therapist who can help you move beyond these stuck experiences and feelings. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of PA with over 14 years of experience as a therapist, having worked in private practice, addiction treatment, supervising, and coaching. With my therapy background, yoga training, EMDR training, understanding of mind/body connection, we work together to re-write the stories of your life to bring you peace.
We will go at a speed of healing that allows you to be empowered in the process. Our rapport and my own unique way of connecting with you helps us navigate the way treatment unfolds.
