I typically counsel clients using a short-term model, but if long-term counseling is best for you, that is what we will do. Whichever model is used, my counseling is focused on identifying patterns of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors which reflect conscious or unconscious conflict that create barriers in relationship with self and/or others.
My approach is informed by research, but attuned to individual needs. I work from an insight-oriented perspective with an eclectic style which I extract from close to thirty years of professional training and many years of life experiences.
