Some are navigating through challenges with identity, culture, power, and privilege at their schools, works, and communities. I'm a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ and POC-affirming therapist. I embrace the human in all of us and strive to create a space where you feel seen and understood. Our work will include exploring our brain-mind-body connections, using creative plays to connect to emotional experiences, building compassion for our inner selves, and solution-focused interventions.
