Accepting new clients! Families, couples, and individuals I work with come to therapy looking to improve their relationships. They want to break out of unhelpful patterns, seek support for their anxiety, depression, improve their relationship with substances, and to work through loss, grief, or traumatic experiences. Some are navigating through challenges with identity, culture, power, and privilege at their schools, works, and communities. I'm a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ and POC-affirming therapist. I embrace the human in all of us and strive to create a space where you feel seen and understood. Our work will include exploring our brain-mind-body connections, using creative plays to connect to emotional experiences, building compassion for our inner selves, and solution-focused interventions.
