Our Team
I use a person-centered approach and believe each individual has the ability to find the answers within. I view therapy as a safe place to explore the different parts of self that contribute to the whole of a person. I love helping others find the places within that feel blocked or stuck and help them address what is needed to help clients move forward with renewed hope. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, body images, parenting, relationship issues and life transitions.

Populations I'm passionate to work with are adults healing from childhood wounds and survivors of traumatic events. I also enjoy working with older children and teens to help them navigate the unique challenges they face today. I’m an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and use gender affirming care.

My ideal clients are adults who grew up between cultures—children of immigrants, or people who immigrated as children—and who’ve never quite felt fully “of” any one culture. Many feel exhausted from code-switching, family expectations, or being the one who holds everyone together. These experiences can show up as anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship patterns, or uncertainty about who you are outside of others’ expectations. Together, we make sense of these patterns and work toward a life that feels more like your own.

While I work with many types of individuals, my passion includes using geek therapy and sports psychology in a person-centered approach in helping overcome life's challenges! My focus is on creating a positive, judgment free, and evidence-based therapeutic process. Most often I work alongside those struggling with anxiety, depression, self worth, relationship issues, and performance stress, but also treat additional issues as they arise! I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults. I'm especially interested in a client's unique interests and appreciate getting to know where someone nerds out!

Hi! I'm Emily. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I also support clients with ADHD and mild-to-moderate depression.
Past experiences can continue to show up as overwhelm, disconnection, or difficult relationship patterns. I offer a supportive space to process what you're carrying, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical skills for emotional regulation and healthier relationships. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and show up for your life in a way that feels intentional, authentic, and honors your story.

Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or painful experiences from your past. Maybe you’re hard on yourself and overwhelmed by regret, shame, disappointment, or the feeling that your life isn’t where you want it to be. You may look like you’re holding things together from the outside, or you may feel stuck or overwhelmed. Either way, you don’t have to navigate this alone — therapy can be a safe place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. We can work toward understanding yourself with compassion while creating meaningful, lasting change over time.

You deserve a space where all parts of you feel seen: your identities, your lived experiences, your body, your nervous system, and your story. I’m a secular, queer therapist who specializes in trauma‑informed, neurodivergent‑affirming, and LGBTQIA+‑centered care. My work is disability‑informed and grounded in the belief that healing is not about “fixing” you, but about reconnecting with the wisdom you already carry.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as couples navigating the challenges that come with building and maintaining a healthy relationship. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, ERP, and DBT, Person Centered Therapy as well as Gottman and Discernment Counseling. I tailor our work to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
