Are you having a hard time dealing with the struggles and adversity in your life? Do you have a difficult time handling stressful situation and anxious moments? Are you in need of someone to speak one but are unable to articulate your feelings? If so, then perhaps therapy or some combination of different approaches might be right for you! We offer supportive and non - judgmental spaces to provide a client centered and strength based session. Our areas of expertise include: experiencing loss, depression, trauma, anger management, anxiety, low self esteem, medical and other mental health behavioral health challenges.
As Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers, we offer individual & family therapy for adults and children of all ages and abilities. We understand that it's not always easy to seek therapy, but my doors are open to everyone who is willing to take the first step on your journey to wellness.
Whether you prefer traditional talk therapy or open to using emotional methods to sort out those aspects of your life that you can't describe, we look forward to offering clients a safe space to process, identify, and/ or cope with the stressors of life.
