Dr. Celaya-Forbes is president and founder of Metroplex Psychological Associates, P.A. She is a licensed psychologist and a graduate of Texas A&M University and been practicing for over thirty years, with specialties in the treatment of abuse victims, geriatrics, forensic psychology, affective disorders, and LGBTQIA issues. She employs a cognitive-behavioral approach, and has extensive experience with court-related issues as an expert witness.
I specialize in most all areas in the treatment of mental & emotional health disorders with a focus on reducing psychological distress and promoting well being. Some of these specialties are post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), LGBTQIA, all anxiety, dissociative, mood and trauma to name a few. We also have other clinicians in our practice, if needed.
