About
Welcome to In The Moment Wellness Center where I am the Owner and Lead Clinical Therapist. I understand that living “in the moment” is something most of us struggle with. We often are so preoccupied with futuristic events that we move through life anxiously waiting for the next thing to happen. What happens when we lose control of our norm? When we unexpectedly lose a loved one to death? When the pressures of life surround us? Do we panic? Become anxious? Fall into a depression? Are our plans now derailed? For some the answer does not align with what we thought our life would be. Let me assist you in getting back on track.
Specialty focus areas/population that I work with include: Black Indigenous, (and) People of Color (BIPOC), Couples, Mental Distress from Race-based stress and trauma (RBST) Veteran Care, and Women’s Wellness. I specifically help clients learn how to tap into their inner strengths through my professional guidance and expertise.
New client intake forms are paperless and sent through a secure client portal. For your convenience we offer telehealth services by using safe HIPPA compliant software and provide flexible scheduling hours. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to assess your needs.
