We use theoretical approaches such as but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, EMDR, Eclectic Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Our therapists are Trauma Informed and culturally sensitive, and will ensure they use the most appropriate yet effective strategies and interventions.
