I am a trauma therapist specializing in working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with trauma, panic attacks, and debilitating anxiety. I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist. This is a focused brain-body approach that helps access and process trauma held beneath conscious awareness. Clients often experience noticeable relief during sessions, with continued shift after the session.
