My role as a therapist is to come along side you as a facilitator in the therapeutic journey. This may happen at different points in your life, in the marriage journey, or in various stages of development. Whether your journey is short or long, I aim to come along side you for support as you find peace and personal growth. Whether it’s working with young adults, families, or couples the goal is to create change that is tailor made for the individual or family unit. I have attained certifications in trauma therapy and sex therapy through Richmont Graduate University.
I believe in the power of living out one’s authentic self, and the freedom that comes from changing perspectives. Truth desires to be lived outwardly; it simplifies the goals and desires. Perspective allows us to sit in truth within our present reality. Together we will establish attainable goals and objectives that strive for positive forward momentum.
