For over 30 years, I have trained and counseled therapists, health professionals, individuals and couples to address healthy sexuality in an open and honest way. As a certified sex educator through AASECT, I bring a psycho-educational focus to work collaboratively with you to find your path to sexual health. You have the wisdom and knowledge of your sexual wants, desires and needs. I will help you communicate those wants with clarity, focus and comfort. I provide that comfortable environment to address how anxiety, past trauma, body image, shame or negative sexual messaging may impact your relationships and sexual comfort.
