About
It is an act of courage to seek support and take a deeper look at the part of ourselves that challenge us. I admire your courage and desire for change. As a space holder, I support individuals who are seeking more grounded embodiment and connection to themselves. My work honors the entirety of the individual and aims to integrate all of our human parts and any traumatic reside that needs attention.
My work is informed by 25 years of experience in counseling, somatic and movement based practices. I integrate models such as Somatic Experiencing, Embodied Recovery, Safe and Sound Protocol, and energy work. Above all, I draw upon my experiences in being human and my own journey home towards greater presence and grounded embodiment.
I believe our experiences and identities need spaces where we feel held, witnessed and honored. I aim to co-create a safe and non judgmental environment where individuals feel seen and heard, and where the qualities of compassion and curiosity help guide our work. If my offerings speak to you, I invite you to reach out.
