Hi there! My name is Meryl, and I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I enjoy helping individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as managing the day to day challenges of life. I often work with individuals from the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and I am sensitive to the struggles and needs of these populations. I utilize evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT/mindfulness, and person-centered therapy in conjunction with having a non-judgmental and caring perspective.
You can expect to feel seen, heard, accepted and supported in a space where you don't have to mask who you are. Together, we can build insight, learn practical tools to manage anxiety and depression, and work through life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you feel empowered, regulated, and connected to your authentic self.

I want our sessions to be a place where you don’t feel the need to mask — whether that’s masking your neurodivergence, gender identity, or any other part of who you are.
