I have a special interest in women's issues, supporting LGBTQIA+ populations, and supporting those dealing with medical stressors. Since therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, I take an integrative approach with my methods to meet each person's unique needs. My clinical approaches to counseling include the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and narrative therapy. I am also a proud member of the American Psychosocial Oncology Society (APOS).
