I offer a holistic, mind–body approach to therapy, helping adults reconnect with themselves on every level—thoughts, emotions, and the wisdom stored within the body. My work focuses on OCD/other anxiety disorders, complex trauma, and relationship conflict. With specialized training in substance use counseling, I also support clients navigating struggles with alcohol or other substances. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies—just a fancy way of saying you're in safe, compassionate, and competent hands.

I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and OCD themes that often feel terrifying or hard to say out loud. You are not broken or “crazy.” Together, we can begin untangling the fear and helping you step out of the loop. You have the strength to decrease your suffering and improve the quality of your life.

Our sessions are collaborative, creative, and evidence based. I want you to feel safe, seen, and supported as we explore what healing can look like for you.
