You've made the decision to pursue counseling and are ready to make changes in your life. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, have had past traumatic experiences, or the pressure and stress from life is becoming overwhelming, I look forward to developing a therapeutic alliance with you to help you accomplish your goals. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I work with both adults and adolescents (12+).
Our work together will be collaborative and solution focused. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. My mission is to help you find balance and fulfillment in your life through evaluating your perspective, developing coping strategies, and improving self-care.
First and foremost, I believe in meeting the client where they are at in life and treating them with unconditional positive regard. Together, we will work towards your goals. I am telehealth only.
