I started my podcast "Counselors Can Help" so you can learn about counseling, answer some questions and see if we are a potential fit. In 2012 I had breast cancer and an anxiety meltdown that almost ruined me. I got help and then got a masters degree in counseling so I can help the next person. As an Air Force veteran and a current airline pilot, I am also aware that some are not really all that excited about coming into counseling. Let's see how I can help!
