We all want to feel connected, nurtured and loved in our relationships. When disconnection happens, we experience both emotional and physical pain; loneliness and isolation keep us distant. We get trapped in negative cycles and aren’t sure how to reconnect in love and trust. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) can help you stop the cycle, heal the relationship pain that keeps you stuck, improve communication and bring love and connection back into your relationship. In addition to being an EFT therapist, I am also a national provider for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) a model that treats trauma and PTSD.
While I specialize in working with couples at Stonebridge Couples Therapy, I also work with individual clients who want to heal from past trauma, process relationships or divorce, and increase co-parenting skills to reduce stress for their children.
