Committing to change can be scary and overwhelming. I work with clients to develop cognitive, emotional and relational skills to help increase rewarding and lasting changes. My style is accepting and open. Some of the areas I specialize in are sexual behavior problems including infidelity, pornography addiction and sexual shame. Anxiety and distorted personal beliefs and relational trauma. I am also trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT and EMDR.
Some of the work I specialize in is with relational trauma. This trauma can be a result of parent/child relationships. Sibling or other familial relationships. Trauma from past or current romantic partners. I utilize an attachment based approach along with EFT or emotionally focused therapy to help repair relationships.
