I've been serving this community as a trained IFS therapist and fully certified EMDR trauma therapist for many years, and I am here to help you grow, heal, and change. I use an eclectic approach using evidence-based practices and techniques from EMDR, Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.
