I use a culturally sensitive and attachment based therapeutic approach. I specialize in support individuals and couples experiencing first generation cultural pressures, stress management, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, adjustment to motherhood/parenting, relationship concerns (romantic, familial and friendships), anxiety and depression.
