As a therapist, I work with clients to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore important concerns. My mission is to listen, draw upon your strengths, and provide insightful support along the way. Services are provided to clients who are interested in therapy on a short-term (one to three months) or long-term basis. For administrative letters (disability certifications, emotional support animal letters, etc.), please seek the services of a different clinician.
My areas of specialty include working with those who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, major life changes, relationships, difficulty concentrating, chronic medical diagnoses, isolation, and identity. I also specialize in working with clients who are of Asian or Indo-Caribbean (West Indian) heritage and/or first- and second-generation immigrants.
During the first session, you can expect an easy-going conversation to build a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
