About
Currently accepting new clients via tele-therapy. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where collaboration and empowerment can be achieved. My mission is to listen, draw upon your strengths, and provide insightful support along the way.
My areas of specialty include working with those who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, major life changes, relationships, difficulty concentrating, chronic medical diagnoses, isolation, and identity. I also specialize in working with clients who are of Indo-Caribbean (West Indian) heritage and/or first- and second-generation immigrants.
During the first session, you can expect an easy-going conversation to build a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
