About
Are you experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, feeling stuck in a dark place of depression or addiction? Maybe you are experiencing challenges with feeling too needy in relationships or having difficulty connecting emotionally. Perhaps, you are wanting to be more assertive, have less stress in social situations, and have more confidence at work. Past experiences can strongly influence the way you feel about yourself and the world. Past events can be anything from experiencing emotional/physical/sexual abuse, bullying, emotional neglect, experiencing racial trauma, or not feeling accepted for being LGBTQ+.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a member of EMDR International Association. I have extensive experience utilizing EMDR and working with all different types of traumas, from childhood to adulthood. I have ample experience in addiction treatment. I also have training and experience with complex PTSD and dissociation.
Having seen and helped people process their past, move through the messages that have limited them and witness people be their best selves, has been my passion and life’s work. I know how limiting past experiences can be, and to move past them is the bravest thing you can do. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.
