Many people come to therapy feeling like something isn’t quite right in their mind or body, even when medical tests say everything is fine. You may feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Using somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I help clients calm stress, reconnect with their bodies, process emotions, and build greater balance, resilience, and presence in daily life.
My approach involves exploring how stress, emotions, and body tension contribute to an individual’s symptoms and coping patterns. We collaborate with both protective and wounded parts, establish safety, and develop healthier responses to stress through gentle somatic and parts-informed approaches.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—your mind and body have been doing their best to cope. In a supportive, compassionate space, we explore patterns that no longer serve you and build greater safety, grounding, and connection to yourself.
