I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Art in Art Therapy. I am known for my warm, caring nature that creates an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance which is tempered with my ability to lovingly challenge my clients with tact and compassion. I help adults who've been through sexual/relational trauma and narcissistic abuse, or who struggle with relational difficulties, dissociative identity/OSDD, and codependency.
I weave together somatic experiencing, art therapy, CBT/DBT, and other approaches. I am in my last leg of supervision as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, currently at the Advanced level. I strive for authenticity and congruence in my own life and support that in others, tend to drop (but not throw) the 'F' bomb, and appreciate play and humor in my life.

Dissociative Artists Group, Virtual
This is a group for individuals or systems where dissociation is a routine response to come together learn therapeutic skills and make art in a supportive virtual space. What to expect: groups will start with a check-in, group leader will share a prompt, participants will be invited to create art around or in response to prompt, participants will be invited to share about what they created, group will close with a gratitude/kudos for selves or others. Qualifications: Participant is on the dissociative spectrum and participant has a primary therapist/sufficient support available should they need it.
