About
Merieme's primary objective as a therapist is to advocate and empower her clients to live to their fullest potential. She wants to provide you with support to help you heal and grow through life's transitions. She has worked with children, teenagers, and adults to help them cultivate tools to navigate through difficult times. She also has experience working with couples and families improving communication techniques, setting boundaries, and rebuilding stronger foundations.
Merieme's goal is to create an open and safe space for clients to feel heard and validated. She has experience with trauma, life transitions, ADHD, adjustment, anxiety, and depression. She primarily utilizes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), play therapy, and mindfulness evidence-based modalities to help clients meet their goals.
Trained in EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, and strength-based modalities, she is dedicated to provide you with the most professional, supportive, and safe space to explore your journey.
