I specialize in the following areas: Personal growth, Unresolved trauma and Relationships. I help individuals and couples to recover from trauma (Physical, Emotional, Sexual and Child Trauma), and find relief from the pain of past experiences and relationships using EMDR and other therapy modalities. When working with couples I use Gottman techniques to help manage conflict, recover from hurt & resentments while increasing emotional intimacy.

Our natural state is one of balance and harmony. Many life conditions can throw us off kilter from time to time or even for years.
